This event is for athletes of all ages and levels!

We are working together as a community to get more families off the couch and in the right shape to be able to complete a 5K!

We are holding workouts/preparation for the run every Saturday

4PM at Dynamite Nutrition: 

10930 Raven Ridge Road, Suit 105 in Raleigh! 

Entry fee: $45

Includes: Dynamite Team T-shirt, Race Entry, and Dance Dash T-Shirt!!
